About Me
I am a curious, communicative person driven by the desire to learn and create. Since I was little, hobbies like playing guitar, practicing judo, and skating have taught me a lot about resilience, discipline, and how to find creativity in different contexts. I studied in a public school and, in high school, I took a technical course in game design, where I discovered my passion for design. My curiosity always guides me to explore new perspectives and seek ways to evolve.
At work, I carry this same curiosity and desire to create. I believe that understanding the problem is as important as thinking about the solution. I enjoy working in a team, facilitating processes, and seeing ideas taking shape. For me, design goes much beyond aesthetics; it’s about making a positive impact, whether in people's lives or in business results.
Experience
Jan 2024 - currently
I work on onboarding and credentialing fronts by redesigning journeys with a focus on efficiency and conversion, applying principles of User-Centered Design and Information Architecture.
I participate in UX research through interviews, usability testing, and heuristic analysis, transforming friction into functional and simplified flows.
I develop high-fidelity flows and prototypes in Figma, validating solutions in collaboration with cross-functional product, technology, and business teams (LATAM and Europe).
I work on the application of the global Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across different products and countries.
Mar 2023 - Jan 2024
I worked as a strategic designer on various projects, adapting UX Design and prototyping practices to the maturity of each client.
I conducted user research, journey mapping, persona creation, and A/B testing to propose data-driven and results-oriented solutions.
I facilitated ideation dynamics and workshops among product, development, and business areas, boosting the culture of design and collaboration.
All solutions were designed with a focus on product strategy and value delivery within the technical limitations of each client's context.
Jan 2022 - Mar 2023
I developed data-driven interfaces with the support of AI/ML, optimizing the reading of supply forecasts by SKU and accelerating user decision-making.
I modeled workflows based on work dynamics, prototyped interactive solutions in Figma, and conducted usability tests with internal analysts.
I conducted co-creation workshops, such as Lean Inception and Design Sprint, to conceive and validate MVPs, accelerating the product development cycle.
I conducted field research and technical visits to map industry needs, applying User-Centered Design in defining solutions.
I structured wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma, focusing on clarity of information and functionality in the factory floor context.
I collaborated with development and stakeholders to deliver accessible, efficient interfaces aligned with the operational environment of industrial clients.
